KYC documents (ID, proof of address) are deleted immediately after verification or after two years, whichever comes first.

Your gameplay and session data may be retained longer for analytics and fraud detection. We periodically purge detailed session logs after two years, though aggregate statistics (game popularity, peak usage times) may be retained indefinitely for service improvement. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support, subject to legal retention requirements.
